SHIPPING POLICY
UK SHIPPING:
UK Shipping is priced at £2.95 or free shipping when you spend over £30. All orders are shipped 2nd class with Royal Mail. After your order has been processed, we aim to have your item dispatched to you within 5-7 working days. We aim to dispatch sale items within 3 working days.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope you love your items as much as we loved creating them for you, however if you do have any issues on arrival of your items please contact us within 72 hours via theterrazzocollection@outlook.com.

We accept returns and exchanges however the buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Please keep proof of postage. We do not accept returns on any custom orders, sale items or personalised items.
