FAQ's

Every order is packaged using eco-friendly packaging. We use dissolvable packing peanuts that can be dissolved in water. (This then makes great food for plants!). We do not use plastic packaging unless it has come from a supplier and being re-used. Where possible we purchase all our materials using local suppliers that are eco conscious, Our packaging includes, paper tape, dissolvable packing peanuts, paper wrap and acid free tissue paper. Please do recycle or reuse the packaging once your order has arrived.

Although Jesmonite is solvent free and contains zero VOCs, it is not food safe as it has not been tested for food safety. Our products can be used for decorative tableware; however, we would not recommend you place food or liquids onto the products directly.

Wipe clean your item using a damp cloth. For tougher stains, use a light detergent. Do not submerge in water. Items are not microwave or dishwasher safe. Items are casted, sanded and sealed by hand in our studio. They are water resistant.
